my affirmations and prayers
I commune with the presence of God within me. I let the prayer of my
heart give voice to the truth of God within me and heal my life.
I enjoy my life. I observe the circumstances of my life with a smile
on my face and a triumphant joy in my heart. there is no one and no
thing that can take away my joy.
Love is powerful. Love is real. My love is unconditional. I choose
to love in the face of injustice. I choose to love in the face of
fear. I choose to love in the face of emptiness.
I recognize the presence of God as my best friend! I honor God by
honoring myself in small and significant ways. I am willing to be
honest with myself. I am willing to nurture my body and mid. I am
willing to stand for what I believe in .
The gift of life is every living thing. The steps that I take and
the breath that I breathe reflect the movement and rhythm of all of
life. I am grateful for all of the ways that God expresses His
creation. I am grateful that the gift of God is the very gift of life
itself. And so it is. Amen.
